Delete your Opportiva account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Opportiva and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email info.opportiva@zentrixafrica.com from the email address you signed in with, or include the phone number you signed in with. We will confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your account, phone number or email, name, CV, sectors, saved jobs and opportunities, application tracker, AI requests, notifications and push-notification registrations are removed from our live systems. Records of payments you made (amount, plan, date and the mobile money reference) are kept for our accounts as required for tax purposes, without your name and with only the last three digits of the phone number. Any time left on a paid plan ends when the account is deleted and is not refunded. Copies remain in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days (daily backups) and up to 12 months (monthly backups), then they are deleted. Job listings are not personal data and are not affected.
